Wedgeheads Golf League

Welcome to Wedgeheads, the ultimate travel league for golf enthusiasts in the Lakewood, OH area! Each week, we hit up different golf courses within a half-hour, enjoying the camaraderie and competition that comes with our random 2-man scramble format. While we might not be chasing professional dreams, we’re passionate about having fun and sharing great times on the golf course.

As we prepare for the 2026 season please read the following rules and notes about this year.

LEAGUE DUES

The league cost us money to operate so we will be charging $15 for anyone that wants to play. this will cover the website, the automatic texting service, and our online score sheet that helps us determine who to give money to for skins and winners. You can hand it to me or send it via VENMO @patrick-dunn-375

LEAGUE DETAILS

Each week we schedule a course and list it on the schedule page. We try to schedule it around 10am but see the details for each week when you register. When you register you will receive an email confirming that you are registered. If your wife or girlfriend tells you that you can't make it please cancel your registration or please tell me as soon as you know that you can't make it.

Show up 45 mins early and pay $12 (each week) and pick a chip. $5 goes towards winning team and $5 goes towards skins and $2 goes towards pin shots. That chip will also match up with another person's number and that is your teammate for a random 2 man scramble.

The number will also dictate when you tee off. chips 1 and 2 are in the first group, 3 and 4 are the second group. and so on.
